1. Using PointView.ai

PointView.ai is software for roofing professionals to record residential roof inspections and produce homeowner reports. You need an account to use it, and you are responsible for everything done under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Use the app only for legitimate inspection work. Do not upload content you have no right to capture or share, do not misrepresent findings, and do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

3. Reports are not a licensed inspection

Reports are generated from what you record. The AI drafts wording from your recorded evidence only — it does not add damage or conclusions of its own — and you review and approve every finding before a report is produced. A PointView.ai report is a documentation tool and is not a substitute for a licensed structural, engineering or code inspection. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the findings you record and for any advice or pricing you give a homeowner.

4. Your content

Photos, notes and reports you create stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the app can work for you.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated content is error free.

6. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
