Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details — the email address from the Google account you sign in with, plus the sales rep name and company name you enter.
• Inspection data — the checklist statuses, homeowner interview answers and notes you record.
• Property photos — images you capture or upload during an inspection.
• Location — when you tap "Use my location", your device coordinates are used once to resolve the property address. We store the resulting address and pin for that inspection.

How it is used

Your data is used to run inspections, generate homeowner reports and brand those reports with your company details. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. With your consent, we also store a QR attribution cookie when you scan a PointView marketing code so we know which material or partner brought you to us. You can read more in our Cookie Policy.

Who can see it

Inspections, photos and reports are private to your account. Nobody else using the app can see them. You control what you share with a homeowner by sending them a report.

AI processing

Photos and notes you record may be sent to an AI model to draft report wording and suggest findings from that evidence. The AI is constrained to the evidence you recorded and does not invent damage. You approve every proposal before it enters a report.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. You can delete an inspection at any time, or email support@pointview.ai to have your account and all associated photos and reports deleted.
